Estate agents Savills has the property available to rent for any business that wants to move into the city centre.

Savills has confirmed to Lincolnshire Live that there has been “quite a bit of interest” in the building – although they have not said who is interested.

In the marketing brochure the property was described as a “prime pitch” and is available from £375,000 a year.

“Market leading fashion occupiers are also located on this stretch, including Fat Face, Jack Wills and River Island.”
